This project entails an existing four-way traffic signal that will be replaced with a single lane roundabout. The project scope includes construction of a roundabout at the intersection which will include street lights, sidewalks, drainage improvements, and associated signs and striping. Additional scope items include installing sidewalks, installing pedestrian islands, final grading, wearing surfacing of asphalt, permanent striping and marking, installing landscaping, installing ADA ramps, removing old signs, and installing new signs. Lowe staff manages rights-of-way acquisition, utility coordination, public outreach and construction management.
