Fueled by the desire to empower women to go after their goals, Nancy created She’s WILD, the podcast for women in land and development. This particular episode featuring Lowe’s very own Sally Riker focuses on Sally’s 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and her personal stories and perspectives from her own journey working and growing within the STEM field. Particularly, Sally shares how she’s navigated and handled challenges she’s faced along the way in her career, and shares about the mission she’s vigilantly focused on in lifting up other women also working within traditionally male-dominated industries.
