Lowe Engineers was founded with the desire to practice civil engineering in a very traditional sense. As our company and the general market grew and changed, we expanded our definition of civil engineering to include transportation engineering, utility design planning, and storm water design, yet we maintain our dedication to site design for an array of clients. Many of our projects support and serve the U.S. Department of Defense, other Federal agencies, State, County, and City governments, and public and private institutions, as well as land owners, managers, and developers.

In addition to design and construction support, our staff also performs evaluations of existing civil infrastructure utility systems to determine available capacity, reliability, and maintenance requirements. Our engineering department is equipped to work individually or in a team environment to establish concepts, set project goals, and deliver measurable results to each and every assignment.
