SR 20 Widening

Lowe Engineers was founded with the desire to practice civil engineering in a very traditional sense. As our company and the general market grew and changed, we expanded our definition of civil engineering to include specialized disciplines including Transportation Engineering. At the national, state and community level, our roadway network, and multi-modal alternatives, form the arteries and connectivity by which day to day circulation is achieved.  Our engineers and designers possess the knowledge for planning, design, construction, and management of this transportation infrastructure. Lowe Engineers’ Transportation Department is equipped to work individually or in a team environment to establish concepts, set project goals, and deliver measurable results to every assignment.

As project constraints and challenges arise, our staff thrives to bring innovative ideas to the table for creating an opportunistic solution. We believe in a balanced design concept which meets the operational objectives, produces sustainability for tomorrow, context sensitive solutions and adherence to a time-sensitive budget. Achieving these results require empowering our staff to develop unique ideas which add value for our clients and maximize their investment.

Lowe Engineers is experienced in all aspects of project design and delivery. We approach each day with a wealth of resources and a determination to achieve a customized solution for each project. Our professionals are your neighbors and understand the sense of community that accompanies each project, regardless of size or scale.
