Richard Meehan has more than thirty years of civil engineering experience. He is the Chief Engineer of Lowe Engineers, responsible for overseeing all engineering operations for the company.
Richard has wide-ranging experience in project management, roadway design, traffic engineering, and traffic analysis. He has managed numerous roadway design and transportation projects for state and county governments. His expertise includes all aspects of design and plan preparation of projects, including traffic analysis, traffic signal design, traffic signing and marking design, and traffic management.
An active member of ASHE, Richard serves the Atlanta Chapter as Treasurer.
